In this hour-long interactive lecture, kids, teens and/or parents are guided through a definition of stress and anxiety, the neuroscience behind what is happening when we experience stress and anxiety, and a handful of practical mindfulness based exercises that can be used to minimize the impact of stress and anxiety on the brain and body.
