I am a licensed midwife, a breastfeeding specialist, and a prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher. I am also a mother with 13 years of experience. Since becoming a mother myself, I have been passionate about working with women and babies. I am constantly amazed by the love, willingness to learn and grow that I see in my work. I believe the ideal time to begin the practice mindfulness and self-compassion is our childbearing year. In my experience, women are emotionally open and interested in making positive changes themselves as well as their growing families at this time. It is my pleasure to meet new moms in their emotionally open state as a loving and supportive presence and responsive guide.
